How it Works

All exhibitors MUST sell FDA-Approved dental-related products. ADSA reserves the right to refuse space to any exhibitor for any reason. Exhibitor space will be doled out by lottery, and while every effort will me made to place exhibitors near the registration area and general session lecture hall, no particular space is guaranteed until assigned. All morning and afternoon breaks and included luncheons are located in the same room if possible to ensure continual traffic and optimal exposure throughout exhibition hours.

ADSA Provides

One (1) 6 ft. draped table, two chairs, one (1) wastebasket. Electrical outlets available upon request. Listing of pre-registrants. 2 complementary staff meals PER TABLE (more at extra charge). Free admittance to scientific sessions.

Registration & Housing

Exhibitors are automatically registered as guests of the meeting. Housing and Air Transportation information may be found in the meeting information. For questions or more information, please contact Barbra at the ADSA central office in Chicago at 312.664.8270. ADSA reserves the right to deny exhibit space, at its sole discretion, to any company or individual.

Shipping, Storage & Security

The exhibit area will be under security surveillance each day after exhibition hours. However, all exhibitors are urged to take maximum precautions in securing and protecting their own property.
